01Why we exist
The condition data was never good enough to bet millions on.
Ovrsite was built by people who watched capital decisions get made on partial inspections and educated guesses. The elevations that mattered were the ones nobody could safely reach, and the report was written by whoever wanted the repair.
We set out to give institutional property owners something better: full-coverage capture, honest analysis, human validation, and one place to hold it all. Evidence first, so the decision can be defended later.

03Data protection & residency
Your data, protected.
Building-condition data is sensitive. We treat it that way, from capture to the moment you act on it.
Where your data is held
Your inspection data and imagery are stored in Europe (Switzerland), on independently certified, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II), covered by UK and EU adequacy decisions. We can scope specific data-residency requirements with you as part of procurement.
You own your data
Every inspection, image and finding on your estate belongs to you. We hold it so you can act on it, and you can export or remove it.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Your inspection data and imagery are encrypted in transit and at rest, by default.
Independently certified
Atlas runs on independently certified, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, audited to SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 across the data, application and storage layers.
Access you control
Access is by individual user login, not shared credentials. You decide which colleagues, consultants and contractors can see your records.
ICO registered
Ovrsite is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Personal data is processed in line with UK GDPR, and we capture only what an inspection needs.
Data Processing Agreement
A Data Processing Agreement is available on request, written to clear institutional procurement.
