Ovrsite delivers structured intelligence - every finding is AI-detected, human-reviewed, tagged with severity and priority, mapped to your regulatory obligations where applicable, and published to a live portfolio dashboard with CAPEX estimates and recommended actions. The drone is our capture mechanism. Atlas is the product.

  • Atlas is our building intelligence portal. Clients log in to see portfolio-level compliance status, building condition league tables, prioritised findings with annotated imagery, CAPEX forecasts, and downloadable RICS-aligned reports. For HRBs, Atlas maps every finding against Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Act, and related regulatory obligations.

For higher-risk buildings, Atlas maps physical inspection findings directly to statutory obligations under the BSA 2022, including continuous risk assessment (s.83-84), BAC readiness (s.79), Golden Thread requirements (SI 2024/41), and fire safety obligations. We generate BAC Evidence Packs that a Chartered Engineer can use during assessment.

  • We can typically mobilise within 5 working days for standard inspections. 24-hour emergency response is available. A single building inspection is usually completed in hours, not days. Results appear in Atlas within 48 hours.
