Where your data is held

Your inspection data and imagery are stored in Europe (Switzerland), on independently certified, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II), covered by UK and EU adequacy decisions. We can scope specific data-residency requirements with you as part of procurement.

You own your data

Every inspection, image and finding on your estate belongs to you. We hold it so you can act on it, and you can export or remove it.

Your inspection data and imagery are encrypted in transit and at rest, by default.

No. Drones are how we capture data quickly and without working at height. The product is building intelligence: an independent, structured record of condition you can act on and defend. The flying is a means, not the point.

A traditional inspection samples what a person can safely reach and writes it up as a document. Ovrsite captures the whole asset at high resolution, grades every finding, locates it on the building, and keeps it live in Atlas so the record stays current between visits.

No. We give them better evidence. Many clients use Ovrsite as the independent capture and analysis layer underneath their own consultants or FM provider.
